CBM FINDS MANDATORY CHECK OF VACCINATION PROOF FROM EVERY CUSTOMER AS NOT PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE FOR SMALL SHOPS IN SECTOR MARKETS.
CHANDIGARH: Charanjiv Singh President ,CBM appealed to the traders to afix stickers at the entrance of thier shops, abide by COVID norms and also in a memorandum to Advisor appealed to Administration to refrain from any undue harassment to the shopkeepers for violation done by the customers regarding vaccination since majority of shops are small and medium setups who can not afford extra security or gatekeeper to check and verify vaccination proof from each and every customer.
A poster asking visiters to Shops to abide by Govt guidelines of Mask and full vaccination created by CBM has been recently launched for free distribution to all the shops of Chandigarh.
Diwakar Sahoonja patron CBM said the awareness campaign shall be further intensified if need be and CBM will support all such anticovid efforts by Chandigarh Administration in future as well to curb the spread of virus in Chandigarh .
