सिखलेंस: सिख आर्ट्स एंड फिल्म फेस्टिवल-2021 कल टैगोर थिएटर में

CHANDIGARH: सिखलेंस -सिख आर्ट्स एंड फिल्म फेस्टिवल-2021 इंडिया चैप्टर इस रविवार को टैगोर थिएटर में सुबह 11 बजे से रात 9 बजे तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इसमें प्रवेश निशुल्क होगा लेकिन इसके लिए मौके पर ही पंजीकरण किया जाएगा। इस फिल्म फेस्टिवल में 8 देशों में फिल्माई गई 24 फिल्में – भारत (4), यूएसए (6), सिंगापुर (1), पाकिस्तान (1), फ्रांस (4), इटली (1), ऑस्ट्रेलिया (3) और इंग्लैंड (4) दिखाई  जाएंगी।

वार्षिक फिल्म फेस्टिवल के दूसरे संस्करण में सिख सेंट्रिक डॉक्यूमेंट्री, शॉर्ट फिल्म्स शामिल होंगी, जिसमें 3 वर्ल्ड प्रीमियर, 300 + दिलचस्प आर्ट डिस्प्ले आर्ट प्रदर्शनी, बुक लॉन्च, कविता, वार्ता और घोषणाएं शामिल रहेंगी । यह पिनाका मीडियावर्क्स और रोलिंग फ्रेम्स एंटरटेनमेंट द्वारा चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन के सहयोग से आयोजित किया जा रहा है। 

इस साल फेस्टिवल  का मुख्य आकर्षण 3 फिल्मों आर्ट फाइंडस इट्स वे, काइट्स; बियॉन्ड बॉउंडरीएस व सिल्वर लाइनिंग: द जर्नी ऑफ रशपाल सिंह का वर्ल्ड प्रीमियर होगा। पिनाका मीडियावर्क्स और रोलिंग फ्रेम्स एंटरटेनमेंट ने कई पुरस्कार विजेता क्रिएटिव आर्टिस्ट को सम्मानित करने के साथ-साथ सिख धर्म या सिखों के विश्वास और मूल्यों के पहलुओं पर सराहनीय काम किया है और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को अपने असाधारण काम से प्रेरित करने के लिए असाधारण मील के पत्थर हासिल किए हैं। इस साल का फेस्टिवल समावेशिता, विविधता और एकजुटता के संदेश देने  को समर्पित है।

The following artists would be participating at Sikhlens: Sikh Arts & Film Festival 2021 INDIA CHAPTER this year in Chandigarh, and would be honoured at the festival. The exhibition would be held full day from 11:00 am to 7:00 in the glass house and open area of the Tagore Theatre, Sector 18, Chandigarh.

Aman Singh Gulati, now widely known as Almond Singh, is a 19-year-old micro-painter who holds the Guinness World Record for making the largest drawing by an individual, and for portraits on almonds.  From a small town in Uttar Pradesh, India, he struggled to learn art, as well as obtain support from his family. In a small space he honed the talent that has gained him World Records. This budding artist, while being associated with various causes and working with Government of India initiatives, still fights to further train and earn to carry forward his passion.
Many of his notable almond pieces portray the essence of Sikhism. He also holds the credit for making the biggest puzzle art of Guru Gobind Singh. His future endeavours include to bring the Sikh tenets alive with the Life Travels of Guru Nanak Dev and Guru Tegh Bahadur in his micro engravings on almonds.
